Right on, time for a new contest, a Sega Saturn contest. The prize?? A real Sega Saturn . Please note that this Saturn is not new, it is mine and I've used it. It is also a PAL version as I'm from Europe. Even if U have no use for a PAL version, U can still compete, U can give it away afterwards, sell it or just throw it out of the window, what ever U'd like. But I do not recommend U to do the last one .

I'll try to keep this short and informative for U, I don't feel like typing for hours, I created this thread two times already and both times something happened and I had to start all over . This night I was creating it again, but I fell asleep. Time to finish this .

If U win the contest U will be contacted by Admin. for Ur personal info, this is required to deliver the prize to Ur house, if U don't feel like giving him Ur personal info, U can not get the prize. I have made this contest in a way that anyone should be able to answer these questions. They will all be Sega related, so there will be no questions about Nintendo, Sony, Atari and so on, Sega only. For some questions U will need to search the internet, for others U can get the answers by just searching through the ROM archieves here on CoolROM.com. If there R two winners the winner shall be drawn through a lottery, U can not see this happen, U will just have to trust on my honesty.

The contest will have a few rules, this is to keep it fair for everyone . I shall explain them to U now, read them, learn them, memorize them, live by them. Failure of following the rules will get U disqualified. None of them R hard to understand, so everyone entering the contest should be able to follow them. If U don't like to follow the rules, don't enter the contest.

Rule #1: The contest forum is now open for creating threads and replying in it. I have asked Admin. to do this for this contest. U will NOT create threads in this forum, this forum is for contests only, not for chatting, there's enough forums to chat, do NOT do it in here. Ur thread will be deleted and U will be disqualified from the contest, let this be clear.

Rule #2: U will NOT spam the contest. There will be ten questions, I want ten answers. For instance, telling us that the weather is lovely where U live = disqualified. Telling us Ur dog's name = disqualified. Telling us that U can drive a car = disqualified. This is a contest, not a chat. Do NOT chat in here, U will be disqualified.

Answers will be like;
Answer #1: Sonic.
I hope this is clear, U do not need to tell us anything else but what U think the correct answers to these questions R.

Rule #3: U can NOT edit Ur entry, Ur first entry counts, editing Ur answers will get U disqualified. This is to keep the contest fair. Some people might know something U don't know, and I don't like it if U steal their answers. This contest will be running for a while, I was thinking of August 31 2006, so U have enough time to get the correct answers, use that time, U do not need to rush.

Rule #4: U can NOT put up a second reply, like I said in rule #3, only Ur first entry counts. Do NOT put up a second reply, I surely will notice this, and it will only get U disqualified.

Rule #5: Trying to cheat on the contest and create another account because U think some answers should be changed is NOT allowed. IP adresses of the contestants will be checked, if I see Ur IP twice U will be disqualified. Just play fair, that's honest, isn't it??

Rule #6: Not really a rule, I just wanted to make clear to anyone who would like to enter the contest but not compete for the Sega Saturn that U R allowed to do this.
Please make clear for all of us that U R not competing, that way Admin. will not contact U if U'd win, and I will not put Ur name in the lottery if there R several winners. Just use caps and say something like "NOT COMPETING" in Ur reply, this will be noticed by us and we will know that U R not competing.
U R also allowed to edit Ur entry to change some answers U think R wrong because U R not competing, but U can NOT put up a second reply, this will be deleted with-out further notification.

I am almost certain that these are all right. I don't particularly want a Saturn, I am mainly doing this to point out the fault in this contest. Anybody could just copy any of the answers. Anybody who copies from me, to the best of my knowledge, should win. This has been updated as of August 5th, 2006.

1. Alex Kidd, he was there before Sonic was.
2. In Japan, it was the SG-1000; In America it was the Sega Master System, but since they want the first one ever, go with SG - 1000.
3. Definitely Hot Rod. I found a screenshot on google that by it's extreme similarity to Kameos, makes it obvious.

5. The company that is now known as sega, which was standard games, was founded in 1940, and the company was named Sega after it merged with another company in 1965. So, go with 1940, as I think that's what they want.
6. Sega Neptune, which was a mixture of the 32X and MegaDrive. I found a screenshot on Google that looks just like Kameo's.
7. Sega Nomad, which was a portable combination of the Sega Genesis and the Megadrive, not the GameGear, which was just a portable Sega Master System.
