i hav also downloaded the dos box
but i m not able 2 "mount "

so plz tell me the way forward

how can i run gamez

You have said that you have downloaded several games, but what kind of emulator do you have for RUN these games?
M.A.M.E is a good arcade emulator for you computer, but, do you have another emulator?

What Kind of games are you trying to play? For what system?

sorry guys that i did not give u complete info but the true fact is that i dont know much about the consoles and emulators etc

i hav downloaded the game pang and i hav tried 2 run it in dos box by "mount" but i m not able 2 run it

now as u told me, i will also download the "mame" emulator and tried 2 run it there

my system info
pentium 2
ram 128

So, what system is theis "pang" game you downloaded?

Is it a PC game, or a game from a console, and if it is, which console?

Also, If you are using, windows 98, then you have no need to use DosBox.
DosBox is a program that emulated DOS for people that have windows XP and Linux, Because they dont have DOS. Windows 98 does have DOS, so you dont need dosbox for anything if you are using win98.

but it is not running
when i try 2 run it it gives an error

We arent magicians, you know. or mind readers.

If you want help, you have to be specific:

-The names of the roms/games you are trying to play, and what game systems they are for.
-Your operating system.

I dont think I can be any more clear. I will try to be patient with you, but if you just keep posting stuff that gives us no solid information about your issue, and just thinking we can pull a magic answer out of a hat... then I cant help you.



I will even give you an example question.

Example: "I need help playing a game. I am trying to play the "contra" rom for the Nintendo NES".

what the hel is "pang"? you didnt mention if it was a rom, or a game, or what system it was for, or anything at all.

So if you want help, we will help. But YOU have to do a little effort before WE put any effort into finding a solution for you! So do it like you have some sense, or quit wasting peoples time.

I'm surprised you aren't asking how to run DOS games on WinXP. Win98 is easy to run DOS on; wth. You can do it on WinXP, but that crappy DOS emulator on XP, NTVDM.EXE, doesn't let me take screenshots or anything.

guys i know that i hav not given u the full info but it is not bcz of the fact that i dont want 2 share those things withu but bcz of the fact that all these thing are new 4 me

the message posted by Fierce Deity has helped me a lot in knowing all these things

now if i follow the example of Fierce Deity i hav downloaded the Nintendo Entertainment system
now from where i can download these 2 things
Super Mario Brothers 3(i think that it is a "nes " game ???)
Nintendo emulator v3.4

do awnser these innocent questions n help me in finding out these things

also guide me that how can i run this game after sownloading it

my system info is Pentium 2 ; Ram 128
