Help with key config

Hey i download that Airel: Little Merimaid rom:
(brings back child hood memorys)
and i can't seem to work out one of the keys

so far i have worked out:
Arrows: movement
A = Stars (weapon)
D = Call Flouder
S = Weapon (sparks)
Tab= Reset
Enter = Map (during game)
A = Buy (when you enter the buy section)
ALT = pause

But how do you change flouder to sebsatin or the digging fish?
it is important to know this for the game play.

Could you please specify which system the ROM is for?
or is it a PC game, and not a console system Rom?
