You can't download PC games on a ROM website. I'll move this to PC Gaming/Emulation so that hopefully some people who might be able to tell you more about this game can answer your request better than I can.

Basically any PC Game after 2000 is Warez. It's just some silly name they gave to PC Games and other software that R not allowed to be distributed freely, since this Game is from 2004, it's a Warez.
