You have to Google search for that file. That happened to me. Good luck; it's not easy to Google ROM files. That's all I can say. But you know, I think I have a copy of that file somewhere. I'll get back to you.

Go here and DL every NeoGeo BIOS there is, leave them zipped and stick them in the same folder Ur ROMz R in

since where on the subject Kameo i was wondering if you could tell me, does WinKawaks come with all the bios files included in it?
Becuase i use this emu and ive never had to DL any bios files?
