Pokemon Gold rom glitch!

Im really far into the game and im at the part where you wake up snorlax..i noticed i never had an EXPN card or even a radio(dident notice till after i got EXPN card) so i went and got the EXPN card then i went to find where to get the radio so i went to the radio place in goldenrod city and got it. Then i went to awake snorlax and then i dident have the EXPN card in my inventory...it somehow disapeared so i went back to the guy and he said you can tune into radio station all over kanto..and i still dont have the card so i cant go any further anyone no what to do? Im sure its a glitch because i already had the card but its gone..

lol I dont think this is a glitch cuz most gba and gb games are just trasfered using a flash card drive thing... but im pretty sure i can help yu....1st of all sorry i cant rember the names of the cites and stuff but you go to the big city were thers the train line and (its like yellow or goldin colour) then you go to a place thats a radio staion and on the bottem floor youve got to talk to the person at the desk to the far right who will ask you a few simple questions then providing that you get them all right you get a radio then yehhh....tune it to poke flute thing near snorlax and ta da .....we c ya hope i helpd yu ....
