help with cassini or ssf

i downloaded the dragon force rom here and i got cassini and ssf as emulators
i also got the daemon tools and mount the bin file. but when i run ssf the sega logo appears and to some sceen and i choose start application or sumthing and a black screen appears and the wierd control panel or what its called is there again. basically i just cant run the game. when i try cassini it freezes at the wierd control panel screen. with ssf i tries to change the memory and still not work help pls desperately needed

edit: now it says game disc unsuitable for this system..... pls tell me what should i do to play this game

This means that you configured the wrong region for this game. I don't know which version CoolROM hosts but it's either U, E or J. If you're also unsure then try each version. One will work. How to change region ... in SSF (don't know about Cassini) you go to Option --> Saturn BIOS (change the BIOS to lets's say US) and you should also change the area code according to the BIOS you chose (that's Option --> Area Code). That's it.

i downloaded another game castlevania x and it works in ssf i know how to change the bios and the region but i just cant get the dragon force to work it keeps sending me to the control panel stuff just like when the disc is unreadable in the console.. any suggestions?
